We feel highly sorry about the order of our Fanless Mini PC i5/i7. When you meet the problem of i5/i7: It always shuts down suddenly after 30minutes, you should solve the problem as the following way:

Firstly, you should download the file “ Upgrade BIOS” from the following link: www.eglobaltech.cn/download/Upgrade-BIOS.rar.

Before updating BIOS, you should connect the PC with power supply well and read the User Manual named “How to Upgrade i7 BIOS”, it will teach you how to do and solve the problem.
